Strong programmes start with a clear understanding of purpose, people and place.
I help organisations design initiatives that align with their mission and values, respond to community needs and create meaningful experiences for participants, audiences and partners.
Evaluation and impact
I believe evaluation should generate useful insight rather than unnecessary paperwork.
I support organisations to develop monitoring and evaluation approaches that feel proportionate, practical and genuinely informative, including theories of change, impact frameworks, learning questions and reporting.
Stakeholder engagement and facilitation
Good ideas are stronger when they are shaped collaboratively.
I design and facilitate conversations, workshops and engagement processes that help people contribute their perspectives, build shared understanding and move towards action.
Cultural and community development
Much of my work sits at the intersection of culture, place and community.
I have experience working with cultural organisations, local authorities, creative practitioners, membership organisations and cross-sector partnerships to develop projects and approaches that support thriving, inclusive communities.

Sometimes I provide a fresh external perspective on a specific challenge. Sometimes I work alongside a team over a longer period to develop ideas, strengthen programmes or support delivery.
